Filippo Antonello
b. 2002, Switzerland — lives and works in London

Filippo Antonello is a Swiss-Italian multidisciplinary artist based in London. His practice moves between image, object, and installation, approaching materials as active agents. Working across a range of processes: painting, photography, and assemblage. He constructs situations in which images are produced, altered, and displaced. His works often operate as “provisional arrangements” as his objects appear staged, surfaces mimic or resist themselves. The work often reads as suspended and deliberately unresolved, held in a state of tension.

Antonello holds a BA from the University of Amsterdam and an MA from Central Saint Martins, London.

Recent exhibitions include Urban Dwellers at Lawrence van Hagen, London (2025); and Aufheben at Kearsey & Gold, London (2025).
